Project 22 Oakland

Project 22 serves individuals in the East Bay performing community service in lieu of paying a fine, or as a condition of their sentence.  All community service must be performed at a non-profit organization and approved by Project 22 prior to starting the community service by signing up with our office in Oakland.

Traffic and Criminal Division
Project 22 is located in the Wiley W. Manuel Courthouse at 661 Washington Street, 2nd Floor, Oakland, CA 94607.  Project 22 primarily receives referrals from Oakland Traffic and Criminal Courts in addition to other courts for Alameda County.
